The Management and Ownership of NT Connect at Pittsburgh East (NTCPE) are pleased to announce that Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc. (BPMI) of Monroeville, PA will be the newest tenant at NTCPE’s 600,000 SF mission-critical facility on Northern Pike in Monroeville, PA.

BPMI joins a top-class roster of tenants, including, C.A.R.S. Protection Plus Inc., Carnegie Mellon University’s Pittsburgh Supercomputer, Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc., Progressive Insurance and Sesco Enterprises, LLC.

BPMI expects to ramp up its occupancy through to mid 2029 at which time the NTCPE facility will be effectively fully occupied.

Coincident with BPMI’s phase-in, NTCPE will be making significant investments in critical MEP systems and improving common areas and amenities to best-in-class.

We are excited about this transformative development and the positive impact this relocation will bring to the NTCPE campus and the surrounding community.
